Using older versions of Outlook for Mac in business environments

When I switch to the new version of Outlook on my Imac, my name from my imap account will be changed to my e-mail address.
How can i resolve this?

Spent I don't know how many days to try to solve it.
People if you have the same issue, just do the following:
- Start adding new account and enter your email, as described above.
- On the 2nd page, where it notifies that its syncing with MS Cloud, press "not IMAP?" on the right up corner.
- On next page toggle off syncing with MS Cloud - it's possible here - and choose IMAP.
When the account is added the Full name field must be editable.
My version of MS Outlook for Mac - 16.70.

2023-01-25T15:39:35+00:00 This solution does not work anymore, as in the latest version you cannot uncheck the option for syncing with Microsoft Cloud. It's really a shame...
I am still able to uncheck Microsoft Cloud in version 16.69.1 (current) and 16.70 (beta).
