Using older versions of Outlook for Mac in business environments
This also worked for me... thanks for the heads up 🙏🏼
This browser is no longer supported.
Upgrade to Microsoft Edge to take advantage of the latest features, security updates, and technical support.
When I switch to the new version of Outlook on my Imac, my name from my imap account will be changed to my e-mail address.
How can i resolve this?
Thanks!

The 'New Look" is the worst version ever!!!!!! you can't make on computer folders, impossible to change send name, etc
Reverting to legacy mode is not a solution. why loose all the new features.
Microsoft should just fix this bug. Not sure how many replies they need to this thread for them to take action?

Thanks Ivan, you're so clever!
This was also an issue for me where 'Full Name' was greyed out. This appears to be a bug on the 'New Outlook' for Mac. If you go to Help > Revert to Legacy Outlook and edit the account settings, the 'Full Name' field is no longer greyed out and you can edit it.
