I switched back to the legacy version, so I don't know. However, just this morning, Outlook tells me that it will automatically switch to New Outlook next time I restart Outlook!!!!!!

Have we gotten any resolution for this? This has been the issue from the moment I switched to the new version of Outlook, which looks very unprofessional for all my clients.

The only answer is the Legacy until it's fixed. It is a better interface anyway in my opinion.

This is unbelievable! I connected a gmail account as additional and somehow Outlook pulled my name written in Сyrillic. Like described in the topic, no editing available. I've changed the info in Gmail, removed and added the account back in Outlook - no effect. Then I used the workaround with avoiding synchronisation with MS Cloud. It did help: I could edit my name. But if I want to use the feature of synchronisation, then I delete and re-add the account. And somehow MS picks that Cyrillic name again and doesn't let to override it. No idea where is it store and where to edit it directly.
Such a horrible bug that makes the product mostly unusable for me.
