When I switch to the new version of Outlook on my Imac, my name from my imap account will be changed to my e-mail address.

How can i resolve this?

Thanks!

This works, but features like "Reminder" are not available on offline mode...

Absolutely, you are a life-saver! And two times for me. I found your post last year and today again since i forgot the tip. Will make a screen shot this time. I believe that Microsoft should send you back some kind of compensation. As for Oultlook for Mac, it is a pure nightmare indeed. I switched for PC to Apple last spring and it has been absolute killer office wise.

My company migrated to Exchange/Outlook a few months ago, and everything has been working fine. But suddenly, a few days ago, my full name disappeared and was replaced by my e-mail address. No action on my end, no update of Outlook or OS. None of the methods described earlier in the thread work - setting to StartTLS doesn't stick, but reverts to Use SSL. I am not presented with any setting to not sync with the Cloud when I set up the new account. Now I'm back on legacy Outlook, which is such a joke.

Thank you for your solution!! Was going crazy about how to put my first name first and my last name last.. @Microsoft this is really a shame how it´s done.
