Sent items from Outlook App (iOS) not syncing with IMAP mail server

I have sent items on my phone that does not appear on my sent items in Outlook in desktop. I tried to look for configuration for sent items in the app, same thing with the desktop where you can set Outlook to save sent items, but I couldn't find any.

    Yep. That’s why I stopped replying through mobile. Unless I really need to. But still, super annoying.

    Has anyone been able to solve this problem? I’ve just noticed it’s happening to me too, but I don’t want to delete the Outlook App on my phone as the emails in the sent box are not showing anywhere else and I don’t want to lose them.

    I also have exactly the same issue. Tried everything except reinstalling the app.

    You can forward the sent email to yourself and it will show in your imap/inbox as well as the Outlook app inbox. 

    If you try to move the sent email to your inbox it will show in the Outlook app inbox, but doesnt show in the imap/inbox (via email app, desktop, webmail, etc)

    Weird.....

    Same issue. We use inhouse Exchange 2013 but use IMAP rather than ActivSync (cannot use port 433 so ActivSync is out). Changes via desktop outlook show in the iphone but if I delete a message on iPhone it stays on the exchange server and if I send a message on the iPhone it goes to the Sent folder on iphone which used to duplicate as Sent Messages in Outlook client but now disappears completely

    This has worked fine for around three years and pretty certain it only went wrong when we applied cumulative update (CU23) to Exchange 2013 We hadn't updated though since CU18 so if could have been any updates in between.

    Thanks for any assistance... be handy if a Microsoft employee could chip in

    PS. Outlook Web App works fine.

    Same ussue. Between IPhone and Mclink IMAP account on Outlook.
