Sent items from Outlook App (iOS) not syncing with IMAP mail server

I have sent items on my phone that does not appear on my sent items in Outlook in desktop. I tried to look for configuration for sent items in the app, same thing with the desktop where you can set Outlook to save sent items, but I couldn't find any.

    same issue. have 2 accounts with different hosts.  everything works and syncs fine from Outlook iOS app to Outlook windows client, EXCEPT messages sent from iOS app don't show up in sent folder anywhere else.  nothing has helped.

    I also have the same issue - I'm using an iCloud email address.  everything syncs except sent emails using the outlook app on the iPhone.  

    I spoke to Microsoft Support and they told me that because the sent emails don't populate in the iCloud.com messages, the problem is actually an iCloud problem and not a Microsoft problem.  I don't know who to believe.

    I have a solution without needing to deleting your old sent items.  Use the mail app on the iPhone to send emails if you want to send emails on the go.  that will sync with the outlook app on your phone and desktop.

    not ideal but it does work.

    Thanks for the note. I’ve switched to Spark as Microsoft has no intention to actually look at the issue.  Spark is a great app has all the same features.

    Thanks for the tip, I'm switching to Spark too. 
    Can't run a business where I have to check my PC my phone and my iPad to see if I sent a message. Ridiculous.

    Does, anyone now if this Sent Folder syncing issue has been sorted yet?

    Used to love been able to see my Personal Email as well as work on Windows Outlook.

    Also, Spark does not yet have a Windows client, so stuck with checking iCloud emails on the browser, which is really weak on features.
