Sent items from Outlook App (iOS) not syncing with IMAP mail server

I have sent items on my phone that does not appear on my sent items in Outlook in desktop. I tried to look for configuration for sent items in the app, same thing with the desktop where you can set Outlook to save sent items, but I couldn't find any.

    Do you see the sent copy on the phone right after you send it?

    IMAP for both desktop and iOS Outlook.

    It's not even appearing if I check it through webmail.

    Hi Jet,

    What type of email account do you use? POP, IMAP, Outlook.com, or Microsoft Exchange?

    Are the sent items in the sent folder in web access? If not, the problem is on the phone.
