Sent items from Outlook App (iOS) not syncing with IMAP mail server

I have sent items on my phone that does not appear on my sent items in Outlook in desktop. I tried to look for configuration for sent items in the app, same thing with the desktop where you can set Outlook to save sent items, but I couldn't find any.

    I just figure out what happened in my case.

    I had the same problem, when I sync IMAP im my Outlook 365 everything works fine, I receive all my inbox messages, but none of my sent items.

    So, a strange thing happened when I sent new messages the sent itens from outlook receive the new mails, but the old ones aren't there.

    I noticed the sent itens used by my phone (I use Spark on iPhone), created another sent itens folders.

    So I just goes to my account name / email on folder left panel, right click, IMAP Folder -> Query -> Subscribe all folders and voilá, two sent items folders...

    I have just found I have similar issue. I have a number of IMAP accounts which I use for different purposes. I have recently upgraded my Mac operating system to Big Sur and Outlook to New Outlook.

    I have now found that certain e-mails sent from some accounts on my Mac are not synchronising with any of my other devices or webmail. I note that where they are replies though, the mark indicating that I have replied does show up on the other devices!

    Not solved.  A  few  days  back, I  added  a  different  account  from  the same   server in  the  app. This  syncs  perfectly, but  the  existing  accounts  don't. Could  I  just  remove the  existing accounts  and  start  over? Yes,  but  I'd lose  all  my  sent  mail.

    Does, anyone now if this Sent Folder syncing issue has been sorted yet?

    Used to love been able to see my Personal Email as well as work on Windows Outlook.

    Also, Spark does not yet have a Windows client, so stuck with checking iCloud emails on the browser, which is really weak on features.

    Thanks for the tip, I'm switching to Spark too. 
    Can't run a business where I have to check my PC my phone and my iPad to see if I sent a message. Ridiculous.
