    It helps to be able to add other email addresses to one Outlook and this is/was possible with prior versions of Outlook. And keep it separate from my mobile and other PC for a work account.

    log in to your outlook online, copy the web address, go to desktop and create new shortcut, paste outlook address in the shortcut, rename to outlook, done...just click on shortcut and takes you to your outlook online
