Using Outlook for Android in business environments for email and scheduling
What was the version? Did it address Outlook problem? I previously updated Outlook and it lasted for several weeks until error reappeared.

This suddenly started yesterday 3/4/2020.
I have 3 email accounts on my android Outlook app. Outlook.com, Google, my ISP's. The problem only happens with my ISP (comcast.net, IMAP).
Till yesterday night, I can send/retrieve emails from the same server without an issue with Outlook app.
First I noticed Outlook requested to re-enter email password. But it failed. So I deleted account, then added. Failed. I even removed Outlook app and re-installed it. Failed. Google and Outlook account are just fine.
I didn't change anything from my side. I can access Comcast email from Web/Windows 10 mail and even from the same phone using Samsung standard email app.
What was changed and how to solve it? I can use Samsung standard email app but I like Outlook.

Outlook had an update on google play 2 days ago. I updated it it fixed the comcast imap password issue. Everything is working now.
Reported same issue as Yesu1975 around same time. Prior to reporting I deleted Outlook and reinstalled. The issue temporarily went away. It has since reappeared. My husband is having the same issue on his phone. I was able to bypass reentering password request by selecting OK and then selecting "?" for chat session. We'll see if this works.
Just got an update from the playstore for outlook. Installed it and no issues now.
This same issue has occurred to my Android device. I know all the correct port settings and mail server information but selecting an IMAP account is not available and auto detection fails to work.
It's like the application is now missing POP3/IMAP options.
