Have the latest IOS update, 13.1.3. Using iphone XS. You can open the app but its frozen. Restarting didnt fix it. Deleted the app and reinstalled. It worked for 5minutes. Seems to slowly update incoming emails in the background and will give notification. But they cant be seen when you open the app.
Anyone know whats going on?

Yes, the best solution would be to organise our lives so constant access to email isn't a requirement. But we're getting a bit philosophical for a tech support forum.
I have the same problem. Outlook and numerous other apps started malfunctioning when i ‘upgraded’ from a 6S to a XS.
Hi Coljac,
I have the same exact issue.. did you find a fix for it.
Outlook freezes, App Store anot working properly until reboot ("unable to purchase"), and Goodreads won't start.
Cheers.
I have updated to 13.3 and I have freezing issues with outlook and the app store when trying buy/download an app.. I’ve been making sure I get every update.
Work IT have no idea whats going on and all the reset and deletions dont fix it.
