Have the latest IOS update, 13.1.3. Using iphone XS. You can open the app but its frozen. Restarting didnt fix it. Deleted the app and reinstalled. It worked for 5minutes. Seems to slowly update incoming emails in the background and will give notification. But they cant be seen when you open the app.

Anyone know whats going on?

Sigh. Sounds right for customer service these days.

Yes, this seems to be the common experience.

I've also noticed the following, which makes me think this isn't a Microsoft problem. Once I notice outlook is frozen, several other apps don't work properly either. Dropbox for one; it won't load past an initial splash screen. Yesterday, I noticed the Goodreads app wouldn't start. And as others said, app store doesn't work properly. It would be interesting to know if others have the same experience with some other apps also not working properly until reboot ("unable to purchase").

I think this is an Apple problem and Outlook is just the most obvious and inconvenient symptom.

I tend to agree with you. I notice my whole phone starts acting weird when outlook stops working. I’ve got a bunch of apps that just don’t work. Or only occasionally work on the latest IOS.

Isn’t it frustrating.  Our whole lives have been orchestrated to now be online and yet we’re constantly finding that technology is letting us down.

Im finding my life far more stressful these days with the IT/Administrative bombardment that we constantly have.
