Have the latest IOS update, 13.1.3. Using iphone XS. You can open the app but its frozen. Restarting didnt fix it. Deleted the app and reinstalled. It worked for 5minutes. Seems to slowly update incoming emails in the background and will give notification. But they cant be seen when you open the app.

Anyone know whats going on?

Had the same issue for months ever since upgrading to iPhone 11. running latest IOS and latest Outlook version. No updates have made any difference.

Force quit does nothing, but full reboot occasionally works, but only for another few days.

I’m on iOS 13.3 and have the same problem intermittently. The only solution I’ve found is to reboot the phone. Interestingly when it comes back it says “unable to purchase”, but then carries on.
