Have the latest IOS update, 13.1.3. Using iphone XS. You can open the app but its frozen. Restarting didnt fix it. Deleted the app and reinstalled. It worked for 5minutes. Seems to slowly update incoming emails in the background and will give notification. But they cant be seen when you open the app.

Anyone know whats going on?

I wish Microsoft would listen to their customers and do something about the problems.  I am getting very tired of my Microsoft Outlook freezing and I have to restart the iPhone.  I cannot believe Microsoft is not doing anything proactive.  A big company like them and they are forsaking their customers.

yes. Ive reset, logged out of everything, logged back in, changed my password at icloud, logged out on all devices, logged back in and still weird stuff going on. Its slow amd glitchy at times and the battery get hot on occasion. Since 13.3 I havent been able to log in to imessage or facetime. It just sits there for days waiting for authentication........ Outlook however seems to be more stable. Have spent hours on live chat to both apple and my service provider with no fix forthcoming. They reckon its probably my phone dying. I have a well looked after 64g SE.

I updated to 13.2 on iPhone and all my issues have disappeared

I'm using the lastest versions and have had only occassional problems. I had thought problems were fixed, but symptoms occurred again.

Currently using 4.16.1 of outlook and 13.3 (latest) iOS on my iPhone XS.

This version of outlook appears  to be 3 days old, so I'd imagine I've had at least 3 or 4 upgrades since first reporting the problem.

Same issue on iPhone X running IOS 13.3 and Outlook 4.16.1. Strangely I’m running the same versions on the same wifi network on my iPad and do not have a problem
