Have the latest IOS update, 13.1.3. Using iphone XS. You can open the app but its frozen. Restarting didnt fix it. Deleted the app and reinstalled. It worked for 5minutes. Seems to slowly update incoming emails in the background and will give notification. But they cant be seen when you open the app.
Anyone know whats going on?

I’m on 13.2 and outlook still does this. I have to reboot the phone to get outlook back.
Survived 2 weeks but just froze again.

I had thought it was fixed, but then it froze again and required a restart.
Certainly it is usable much of the time, just not reliable.
I have the very latest OS on my iPhone 11 Pro max ie 13.3. My Outlook froze again on Saturday night. I cannot believe that Microsoft has not fixed this problem as it is a major problem. I am a business and I need to be able to access my emails whenever I need to and not have the app freeze up on me. I am very annoyed with Microsoft as this seems to be a real issue for the number of people talking about it.
