Have the latest IOS update, 13.1.3. Using iphone XS. You can open the app but its frozen. Restarting didnt fix it. Deleted the app and reinstalled. It worked for 5minutes. Seems to slowly update incoming emails in the background and will give notification. But they cant be seen when you open the app.

Anyone know whats going on?

    Seriously?

This has arisen since ios update 13.1.3.  I would urge ms to check for its compatibility with ios 13.1.3 and make necessary fixes.

The ios update has already been applied and there's no going back.

Hi Regile, Based on the information presented it does look to be an incompatibility between the Apple IOS and the latest version of Outlook IOS App.

While I can appreciate the OS was updated which affected the App, due to the coverage of the platform there would be little to no influence to have Apple reconfigure their OS to meet the MS IOS application.

With this, I believe it will be the application developer will need to remediate their app to comply with the new OS version.

As a consumer, I would not be able to do what you requested

This issue might be caused by compatibility issues between the app and your device. Have you tried contacting Apple support for assistance regarding this issue?

    Looking forward to your response.
