Have the latest IOS update, 13.1.3. Using iphone XS. You can open the app but its frozen. Restarting didnt fix it. Deleted the app and reinstalled. It worked for 5minutes. Seems to slowly update incoming emails in the background and will give notification. But they cant be seen when you open the app.
Anyone know whats going on?

I'm on 13.2 and having this problem. Only fix is rebooting which works temporarily then freezes again.
iOS 13.2 still good without freezing. Will post if this changes.
No evidence of a fix yet. I have all sorts of other issues too. Its been weeks now. I can’t even re download from the cloud now! And every now and then a random notification pops up. Something like it cant recognise eas.outlook ? With cancel or details options. I tap details and it just disappears. I’ll screen shot next time.
