Have the latest IOS update, 13.1.3. Using iphone XS. You can open the app but its frozen. Restarting didnt fix it. Deleted the app and reinstalled. It worked for 5minutes. Seems to slowly update incoming emails in the background and will give notification. But they cant be seen when you open the app.

Anyone know whats going on?

I upgraded my iOS to 13.3.1 and am still having this exact same issue despite deleting and redownloading the app.

Not that it makes anyone feel better but I have the same problem.

Outlook / DropBox (to name a few) seize periodically (too often; almost daily, and at the most inconvenient times) and the only way to resume app access it is to restart iphone.

So it's likely that Apple need to be lobbied not Microsoft.

Yes, this seems to be the common experience.

I've also noticed the following, which makes me think this isn't a Microsoft problem. Once I notice outlook is frozen, several other apps don't work properly either. Dropbox for one; it won't load past an initial splash screen. Yesterday, I noticed the Goodreads app wouldn't start. And as others said, app store doesn't work properly. It would be interesting to know if others have the same experience with some other apps also not working properly until reboot ("unable to purchase").

I think this is an Apple problem and Outlook is just the most obvious and inconvenient symptom.

I have exactly the same problem with my Outlook email not working for over a weeks now, and also with the other apps, with Dropbox looking like its going to open and then nothing just a white screen, and also Goodreads frozen on opening screen. In the app store I have tried deleting and reloading the Outlook app and the 'spinning wheel of death' as I've come to call it, just going round and round and it not loading at all. Could you let me know if you have found a solution? Its driving me crazy - its all connected to work and I need it!! Please help.
