3rd Update - Don't dump the Outlook App on your Android! I found what must be the original method to print directly from your Android phone and you
don't need a cloud to do this. I hope this works for everyone who visits this post!!
1. I use the Outlook app on my Android Samsung to access my email accounts. It's an icon that I tap on, very simple. And that is where I cannot print an email.
And I'm assuming you cannot print from your Outlook app either, or you would not be here.
2. To print an email message, instead of using the Outlook app, use Outlook.live.com in your Chrome web browser (assuming (again) that you use Chrome).
3. Go to outlook.live.com and Sign In. This should open up your Outlook email account in the web browser. Open your email message.
Tap the 3 vertical (not horizontal) dots at the very top right corner of the browser bar, then tap **Share.**You should see Print.
You should be linked to your printer first, and be able to print.
4. Unfortunately, creating an icon to your Android homescreen eliminates the outlook.live.com webpage in your browser for some reason.
You will need to open a web browser directly in order to find the 3 vertical dots at the top right corner of the browser bar.
2021 Update - I have an HP printer 4650 all-in-one ink jet. I ignored the fact e-printing is available with it because I didn't understand this service that came with the printer for free. But now, I realize I can print so easily from my Android any document. This printer is a web-connected printer so I can do mobile printing. I can automatically print from my Samsung android no matter where I am. I'VE HAD THIS FEATURE WITHOUT KNOWING WHAT IT WAS! I don't have to be in my house with wifi because e-printing allows me to forward the email to a HP e-mail account that I have set up on their website with easy instructions, and the printer automatically prints the email for me. I don't have to be nearby to setup the printer. So my advice to you with your Android, is to find a cloud service that you can connect your printer to somehow, if you don't have a web-connected printer. I did try to send my email to Microsoft Drive but the email would save in computer language, repeatedly with any document so that didn't work. I found an e-print button on my printer that printed out the instructions for setting up the HP account and to do mobile printing. I found this article that may help others with cloud service.
My Update - I have a Samsung Galaxy S9 smart phone and can print my emails fine. Here is a step-by-step for you to try that explains it better. Let me know if you can't get it to work on your Android phone. Remember, my phone was issued in late 2018 so if your phone is older, that may be totally different from what I can do.
2. Hit 'Reply', you should see your message area to type and the original email message so scroll up to view the original message you want to print.
3. Hold your finger on the screen over the message text for the pop-up and select 'Select All', then on the next pop-up select 'Copy'.
4. Close the window and open the SamsungNotes app (mine is an orange and white icon)
5. Hit the plus button '+' to open a new note.
7. Hit 'Save'.
8. You will see a symbols bar with a pen, star, share, and 3 dots. Tap the 3 dots for the pulldown menu and select "Print".
9. Wait several seconds for your printer to appear and print. If your printer is not connected properly, you will not see it.
Original Post - Questions to MS have been posted on why Androids cannot print Outlook emails directly or with wifi to wireless printers. MS answered this feature is not yet available on android phones. So how do we print Outlook emails for now?
Hit Reply to the email message then copy by Selecting All.
Open Samsung Notes app or any other notepad you use then Paste the message onto a note. You may lose animation or graphics but the email details will be there.
Hit Save. Click on the three dots at top right corner for pulldown menu and select Print.
Make sure your phone is synced to the printer first though. That's it!

Outlook does not have an organic way to print an e-mail and Microsoft responds by doing nothing?

use an iPhone. I am the tech manager at a construction corp and we have 150 MS 365 Business Exchange email addresses. We use The 365 suite of applications on all are phones, and use outlook for the global features etc etc. . we have 10 users who use Android and we have to tell them to email a gmail account to print messages they need with specs and model #'s and codes. … . We also have 100 iPhones and..... they print just fine from Outlook with our 365 subscription.
I don't understand if I can print from Word 365 on my Galaxy S10 why is it not available for Outlook 365 ? and like I said, 100 iPhones can do it ???
or.... on your Android setup your Microsoft Account in a default email manager on the android as well as in Outlook and when you need to print use the other mail manager. What an annoyance .

I am probably going to Uninstall or at least not use Outlook on my phone. Apple says they are the best selling brand of phone in this country. That is true. But, that is not the same as being the best selling FORMAT. For that, Android wins hands down. It isn't even close.
But, Microsoft has fallen victim to the hype. Now, I admit the idea of all your devices using an OS that is DESIGNED TO work together is tempting.
But, I would like to at least have the illusion of choice.
This is one of the absolutely unbelievable thing about outlook app. No way to use an add in, or select "share" which is so very common among android apps.
For a work around I screenshot and print that. The quality isn't as nice but for the most part, but it's the fastest work around I've found.
If I need quality, I have to either forward the email or wait until I get to PC.
I find this absolutely astounding that Outlook doesn't have this feature.
A simple save email as PDF or a print feature that they have for word, would solve the issue. I just cannot believe it's not yet been added. All these add ins that no one needs and here we are all looking for the simple print solution.
How do we request this feature?
