3rd Update - Don't dump the Outlook App on your Android! I found what must be the original method to print directly from your Android phone and you
don't need a cloud to do this. I hope this works for everyone who visits this post!!
1. I use the Outlook app on my Android Samsung to access my email accounts. It's an icon that I tap on, very simple. And that is where I cannot print an email.
And I'm assuming you cannot print from your Outlook app either, or you would not be here.
2. To print an email message, instead of using the Outlook app, use Outlook.live.com in your Chrome web browser (assuming (again) that you use Chrome).
3. Go to outlook.live.com and Sign In. This should open up your Outlook email account in the web browser. Open your email message.
Tap the 3 vertical (not horizontal) dots at the very top right corner of the browser bar, then tap **Share.**You should see Print.
You should be linked to your printer first, and be able to print.
4. Unfortunately, creating an icon to your Android homescreen eliminates the outlook.live.com webpage in your browser for some reason.
You will need to open a web browser directly in order to find the 3 vertical dots at the top right corner of the browser bar.
2021 Update - I have an HP printer 4650 all-in-one ink jet. I ignored the fact e-printing is available with it because I didn't understand this service that came with the printer for free. But now, I realize I can print so easily from my Android any document. This printer is a web-connected printer so I can do mobile printing. I can automatically print from my Samsung android no matter where I am. I'VE HAD THIS FEATURE WITHOUT KNOWING WHAT IT WAS! I don't have to be in my house with wifi because e-printing allows me to forward the email to a HP e-mail account that I have set up on their website with easy instructions, and the printer automatically prints the email for me. I don't have to be nearby to setup the printer. So my advice to you with your Android, is to find a cloud service that you can connect your printer to somehow, if you don't have a web-connected printer. I did try to send my email to Microsoft Drive but the email would save in computer language, repeatedly with any document so that didn't work. I found an e-print button on my printer that printed out the instructions for setting up the HP account and to do mobile printing. I found this article that may help others with cloud service.
My Update - I have a Samsung Galaxy S9 smart phone and can print my emails fine. Here is a step-by-step for you to try that explains it better. Let me know if you can't get it to work on your Android phone. Remember, my phone was issued in late 2018 so if your phone is older, that may be totally different from what I can do.
2. Hit 'Reply', you should see your message area to type and the original email message so scroll up to view the original message you want to print.
3. Hold your finger on the screen over the message text for the pop-up and select 'Select All', then on the next pop-up select 'Copy'.
4. Close the window and open the SamsungNotes app (mine is an orange and white icon)
5. Hit the plus button '+' to open a new note.
7. Hit 'Save'.
8. You will see a symbols bar with a pen, star, share, and 3 dots. Tap the 3 dots for the pulldown menu and select "Print".
9. Wait several seconds for your printer to appear and print. If your printer is not connected properly, you will not see it.
Original Post - Questions to MS have been posted on why Androids cannot print Outlook emails directly or with wifi to wireless printers. MS answered this feature is not yet available on android phones. So how do we print Outlook emails for now?
Hit Reply to the email message then copy by Selecting All.
Open Samsung Notes app or any other notepad you use then Paste the message onto a note. You may lose animation or graphics but the email details will be there.
Hit Save. Click on the three dots at top right corner for pulldown menu and select Print.
Make sure your phone is synced to the printer first though. That's it!

It is ridiculous. I’m glad I didn’t get rid of my old iPad Air2. I can do everything from within Outlook on it. On my Android devices Outlook is crippled in some ways but Gmail is crippled in some ways too. It’s just easier to get my mail on the iPad. I had wanted to get away from how proprietary Apple is but I wish I’d invested my $1200 in a new iPad Pro instead of a Samsung S7plus.
I have an Android phone and tablet. Not about to ditch them just because Outlook for Android is so helpless. Between the inability to print and the on-again/off-again certificate errors for one account, I gave up on Outlook and installed another email app (Email by Edison Software) that works very well. I can manage multiple accounts and print emails easily, and I have yet to run into the certificate errors that Outlook threw every now and then. (Side note: the "fix" for the certificate error refers to Windows and not Android. No help there.)
I can't see spending money on a new Apple iPhone or iPad when it costs nothing to remove Outlook and replace it with something else. My phone and tablet work just fine.
Dont go crazy...Microsoft would rather implement new paid subscription tracking apps for documents rather than fix all the outdated broken apps they already offer.
Simply delete anything Microsoft related for emailing, email print and email documents sharing and use your GMAIL.
THough GMAIL you can easily open a email and print it (the way it was intended). With these idiots you need to copy, paste into a notes app, convert and save the notes app, then open it again, wait for it to load as a printable document and 6 minutes later you'll find an option to either attach that file or print it. Not to mention the additional 45 clicks required between multiple apps to print a document from a $1500 mobile device.
Get real Microsoft, you are outdated and lame and intentionally complicate work. No wonder China is light years ahead of the REAL COMMUNIST MICROSOFT CORP.
Just delete anything Microsoft related and Samsung related on your device, everything you need is easily done using Google apps that are like China's all-in-one apps for efficiency.

Delete anything Microsoft related and use all the Google apps. It's totally seamless. From Gmail you can use your work or website emails, from drive you can easily attach docs to any email, from Gmail you can easily print an email with one click,
Ever try attaching docs to a work email from 1920's One Drive or Outlook? Good luck first trying to find the documents you can't even rename to recognize then attaching to the outlook email is another 6 minutes.
I hated my Note 20 until I tried using Google for everything. My work and time has been a relief.
Delete and disable everything Samsung and Microsoft- they are like little babies always causing problems forcing market place on users and confliting intentionally with each other. The user bears all the wasted time.
