Whilst using Windows 10 Pro, I am receiving notifications in the notification centre when I have received a new email in Outlook. However, when I click the email in the notification centre it does not open the email.

Please can you help sort this issue. Followed all other forums etc. and these have not helped solve my issue.

Same issue.  Before last update, I could click on the pop up to open the message.  Now it goes away.  A really nice feature, gone.  Sad Bill.

I also have the same issue, and I have always had Windows 10, this must be an issue with an update. It is infuriating, I always use the pop up to quickly open new emails, now they annoyingly hang over my work, and do nothing but dissapear when I click on them. I want them to open as they did before.

I am having the same issues and same results.  Started happening after an update applied in May.  I have been hoping a new update would correct the issue, but no dice.

I am having the same problem for the past few days. I am happy to see that I am in good company, but SO UNHAPPY that there is no resolution for this.  It is quite frustrating!
