Whilst using Windows 10 Pro, I am receiving notifications in the notification centre when I have received a new email in Outlook. However, when I click the email in the notification centre it does not open the email.
Please can you help sort this issue. Followed all other forums etc. and these have not helped solve my issue.

I have the same issue: mail opens in Outlook from the desktop alert popup (if I'm quick enough to click) but not from the notification bar. Clicking the item in notification bar only dismisses notification but the mail is not opened.
Win10 Enterprise, v1809, OS build 17763.973

I have the same Issue. NOTE: About a month ago when I clicked the notification it would open the email. Now it just cancels the notification when I click on it. Looks like Microsoft made a change to this, then pulled it back with the last update. It would be nice to have the option to Open or Hide the email upon clicking the notification. Thank you
Hiya,
Is there a solution? I have the same problem. When I click on an Outlook toast notification from the notification centre it just dismisses the notification rather than opening the email. Very annoying ....
I tried also to use another user profile in Windows 10 on the same machine but the issue remains.
Any ideas?
