    You need to back up your data before uninstalling existing Office 365 Business software application. See: Back up data before switching O365 for business plans

    For your reference: Uninstall Office from a PC

    I discontinued MS Office 365 Business and purchased Office 365 Personal Subscription.  I do not understand how to remove the existing Business Software and install the Personal without loosing data.

    I did not get a response?  I upgraded last year or so ago to windows 10.  I just had my hard drive replaced by dell and it has windows 7 on it.  I need to find how to restore my windows 10 account.  Can you help?
