    I am entering the formula  =(h4-h3)/4 in a cell of Excel 2016.  Instead of doing the calculation it displays exactly what I have entered above( =(h4-h3)/4 )in the cell.  Why doesn't it calculate?

    You need to back up your data before uninstalling existing Office 365 Business software application. See: Back up data before switching O365 for business plans

    For your reference: Uninstall Office from a PC

    I discontinued MS Office 365 Business and purchased Office 365 Personal Subscription.  I do not understand how to remove the existing Business Software and install the Personal without loosing data.
