    Dialling a US phone number is no guarantee that you would speak to someone located in the US, and many US numbers listed in a google/bing search are not MS but third party suppliers

    I did not get a response?  I upgraded last year or so ago to windows 10.  I just had my hard drive replaced by dell and it has windows 7 on it.  I need to find how to restore my windows 10 account.  Can you help?
