Missing 'My Templates' Button in Outlook

One user has been using Templates in Outlook for some time, but this morning the 'View Templates' button is missing when composing an email.

On other PC's, I can see that the button is still there and is an Add-In from Microsoft called 'My Templates'

When trying to re-add the Add-In, using the Get Add-Ins option in Outlook, the My Templates Add-in is not available.  

Does anyone know if this has been permanently removed?

If so, would anyone know where the saved templates would be?  I have checked in %appdata%\Microsoft\Templates but there is nothing in there.

This issue is now resolved, It took 3 plus hours for users to notice. Solution is below;

"Just in case, if anyone who is still experiencing this issue, please contact your administrator sign into Exchange Admin Centerand negative to organization > add-ins to disable and re-enable “My Template” add-in. After that, you may need to re-start the Outlook client or refresh the browser if you are using Outlook web APP to check the result."

    Hi Jennifer,

    I am having the same problem as Nekto.

    Yesterday, the "my templates" tab disappeared from my ribbon in outlook. When I go to customise ribbon in options, there is no option to add templates to the ribbon (see image below).

    Is there a solution for this?

    View Templates is not available on my system either.

    PLEASE PLEASE tell us they are working to restore the templates

    The VIEW Templates option is GONE, I desperately need my templates back to function at work!!!  come back Jennifer!!!
