Missing 'My Templates' Button in Outlook

One user has been using Templates in Outlook for some time, but this morning the 'View Templates' button is missing when composing an email.

On other PC's, I can see that the button is still there and is an Add-In from Microsoft called 'My Templates'

When trying to re-add the Add-In, using the Get Add-Ins option in Outlook, the My Templates Add-in is not available.  

Does anyone know if this has been permanently removed?

If so, would anyone know where the saved templates would be?  I have checked in %appdata%\Microsoft\Templates but there is nothing in there.

This issue is now resolved, It took 3 plus hours for users to notice. Solution is below;

"Just in case, if anyone who is still experiencing this issue, please contact your administrator sign into Exchange Admin Centerand negative to organization > add-ins to disable and re-enable “My Template” add-in. After that, you may need to re-start the Outlook client or refresh the browser if you are using Outlook web APP to check the result."

    Thank you!  I'm not sure how because I had already did the manageapps and the My Templates was not there at all.  I did it just now and it was there.  I closed out Outlook and restarted.  Even though I do not see a Tab named Templates, I do have the View Templates button when I click on New Email Message.  That works for me!
