Missing 'My Templates' Button in Outlook

One user has been using Templates in Outlook for some time, but this morning the 'View Templates' button is missing when composing an email.

On other PC's, I can see that the button is still there and is an Add-In from Microsoft called 'My Templates'

When trying to re-add the Add-In, using the Get Add-Ins option in Outlook, the My Templates Add-in is not available.  

Does anyone know if this has been permanently removed?

If so, would anyone know where the saved templates would be?  I have checked in %appdata%\Microsoft\Templates but there is nothing in there.

This issue is now resolved, It took 3 plus hours for users to notice. Solution is below;

"Just in case, if anyone who is still experiencing this issue, please contact your administrator sign into Exchange Admin Centerand negative to organization > add-ins to disable and re-enable “My Template” add-in. After that, you may need to re-start the Outlook client or refresh the browser if you are using Outlook web APP to check the result."

    Hi NetkoIT,

    Greetings, about the problem that the View Templates button is missing in Outlook client, he may try following steps to manually add a new ribbon and check the result:

    1. In Outlook, go to File > Options > Customize Ribbon.
    2. Under Choose Commands from, select All Commands, scroll down to find the command "View Templates".
    3. Under Customize the Ribbon, select Main Tab.
    4. In the window on the right, select Home (Mail) > Add-ins > New Group.
    5. Select "View Templates" command in the left window and click Add > Ok.

    For your reference: 

    Moreover, based on my experience, you can get your templates by clicking New Items > More Items > Choose from > User Templates in File System, please kindly check this to see if he can find the custom templates.

    If you need further assistance, please send a screenshoot of the user's Outlookclient version information in File > Office Account to us for analysis.

    Many thanks for your reply.  Unfortunately, when I look at the commands available, there is no 'View Templates' option (see below):

    Do you know if the 'My Templates' Add-In has been permanently removed from the store?
