Missing 'My Templates' Button in Outlook

One user has been using Templates in Outlook for some time, but this morning the 'View Templates' button is missing when composing an email.

On other PC's, I can see that the button is still there and is an Add-In from Microsoft called 'My Templates'

When trying to re-add the Add-In, using the Get Add-Ins option in Outlook, the My Templates Add-in is not available.  

Does anyone know if this has been permanently removed?

If so, would anyone know where the saved templates would be?  I have checked in %appdata%\Microsoft\Templates but there is nothing in there.

This issue is now resolved, It took 3 plus hours for users to notice. Solution is below;

"Just in case, if anyone who is still experiencing this issue, please contact your administrator sign into Exchange Admin Centerand negative to organization > add-ins to disable and re-enable “My Template” add-in. After that, you may need to re-start the Outlook client or refresh the browser if you are using Outlook web APP to check the result."

    Hello Lulu1993,

    On Outlook Web App (OWA), Please go to Settings >Options > General > Manage add-ins > My Templates add-in. See if that add-in has been turned on.

    @Neset-88, you can check this point on your side as well. If that add-in is turned on, but issue persists, we strongly recommend you post a new thread for better help.

    Dear Microsoft Agent,

    I have the same problem here at the office together with my colleagues. We are using Outlook, and somehow the template button is gone when we want to create a new Email. Same when we log in via the web and click new e-mail, we don't see the option ''templates'' when clicking on the 3 dots.

    Hi Gabriel,

    that's for your reply! Unfortunately I do not have this option showing up even on the online account.

    I don't understand why the templates were available last week and now they don't show up after redownloading Outlook to my computer.

    Any other suggestions?

    Lulu,

    If you are using Outlook.com, http://www.outlook.com or Office 365 http://outlook.office.com, log in via the web and click New Email.  At the bottom of the new email click the three dots and see if you have My Templates listed there.
