Attaching pictures in the recent update of outlook app on android are inline and not as attachments.
Could you please help!!

Open the App
Click the Hamburger icon > upper left to open the menu
Click Help icon (question mark within a circle)
Click Contact Support to begin a chat message and tell them what the issue is.
I believe this is ByDesign for Android.
