Our organization is using Outlook mobile to send pictures to a shared mailbox. A service picks up the pictures from the shared box and sends it to our ERP system.
The service that processes the pictures to send to our ERP (Navision) system can only do this with attachments, it doesn't recognize the pictures inline.
This is a disaster, I am deeply disappointed in Microsoft.
We just had Conditional access policies enabled that enforced our users to use Outlook.
Now, I just send an email to the end users telling them to use gmail instead and disabled the conditional access policy.
Intune, atp (sensitivity labels), conditional acces, can only work perfectly when all apps are exclusively Microsoft.
We now no longer plan to use these Microsoft products, It no longer fits the bigger picture and apparently can't be trusted in the long run.
@Microsoft, I really don't understand this sudden (unannounced) change…
