Has Outlook gotten this corrected yet, as I am still unable to attach anything to a file on Outlook?

    Everything is still inline?

If correction was made what steps are needed to make adjustments on Phone to make it able to attach ?

Not fixed. No solution. You have to use a different app with advanced features (the ability to attach a photo like they did back in the 90's).

It's a disgrace. Microsoft is just ignoring this problem. There are apps made by teenagers in their parents basement that work far better than Outlook.

    Total disgrace.
