I want to add a picture as an attachment in the Outlook Android app not in the body text. How do I do that?

Upon checking here, the way attaching file in Outlook for android is not like a normal attach like files.
What does that mean?
I mean, attaching picture in Outlook for Android will paste on the body of the email.

I don't believe you are listening. The bug was posted two years ago, has been viewed thousands of times, received hundreds of comments and remains live. Please explain how your listening and appreciating is helping the situation?

Apologising, appreciating and listening are all very well but I would like to be able to send an email with a photo. If you think this is the correct way to do it then why does desktop not do the same thing. One of them is broken, which is it?
Outlook for Android is different.

They have difference on the system.
