Outlook app on android is attaching pictures as inline and not as attachments

I take pictures during inspections and then email them to the office. It's absolutely rediculous that they only show up in the body and have to be saved one at a time. Only 1 month ago I had a Blackberry Priv with the Android OS and Outlook, and it worked flawlessly sending pics as attachments that I could save all at once - just like on the desktop. Now I have a new Samsing S9+ and I no longer have this functionality - it's a big step backwards and very frustrating. What's the point of having it show up in the body anyways???

Here's a work-around. Save all the pics to DropBox and send a Share to whomever. I'd maybe use One-Drive but this is Microsofts mess to begin with.

Wow...was just forced to switch to the outlook app for work and noticed this issue. I send multiple pics to myself through email all the time. Came here looking for answers because I figured there was a setting I was unaware of. What a major major major disappointment it is to found out about this major limitation. I hope you listen to your users and put a fix in for this.

I have the same problem with iOS. Since a month (or so) the pictures are inline instead as an attachment...

Please submit help requests and bug reports via the contact link inside the app. This will direct the bug to the dev team and help escalate the report.

Open the app--> tap the List icon (three lines) to the top left of Inbox--> tap settings gear icon at the bottom left--> tap "Help and Feedback"--> tap "Contact Support," then leave a detailed report.
