Using Outlook for Android in business environments for email and scheduling
I do not understand why the option is not given to the user here, I am trying to send a photo from my phone as an attachment to an email, the recipient can't even see the image when it is in the text of the email, they keep asking me to send it as attachment. I sent it to my work email address so I could send it from there and the Microsoft Outlook software on Windows 10 can't even open the image that my Microsoft Outlook Android app created!
I do not understand how there is an advantage to putting an image in the text of the email unless you want to write a caption about it or something, the benefits are very limited, there are many advantages to sending images as attachments the main one being that it is much more versatile with other software from what I can see.
It seems like arrogance on the part of the developers to assume this is better for everyone in every situation and ignorance in light of the number of people who want to have a basic option, not to provide it.
So I now need a second email app and account on my phone to have the facility to send pictures as attachments? Why have outlook at all if that is the case?
