Attaching pictures in the recent update of outlook app on android are inline and not as attachments.

No, they say it is a design feature and if you don't like it use Nine instead, which I do.
It would be a lot easier if jpegs were treated like all other file attachments. Can this be made an option?
I have noted that sharing the picture from the gallery (select picture --> share ---> Outlook) efectivelly creates an email message with the picture attached rather than inline in the body. Anyway this needs to be fixed ASAP.

It still is embedded in the email, not an attachment.
I am getting frustrated by this action by MS. It has been over a year since somebody raised this. What are they doing about it, apart from ignoring their customers. Come on, sort yourselves out!
I have the same problem. I have tried many different ways but unless i download each picture to my desktop then resend using the desktop version of outlook can I make it work. Android App is useless for sending multiple images.
