I am attempting to use Outlook on my android phone. When I attempt to add my email account to outlook (on my phone) I get an error that says: Your mail certificate is invalid. Would you like to login anyway. PLEASE HELP!!!!

I got an in-app support message last night saying:
"Our app still supports Exchange 2007 SP2. Check with your IT admin if the server is running on 2007 SP2".
Still waiting for a response after I told him that I'm running SP3 and everyone on the forums says that it's a TLS issue.

This appears to be confirmed as my company is running the same setup Exchange-2007 w/ android & iOS devices. According to MS in-app support the app technically does support exchange 2007 but according to the subsequent threads on this topic Ex-2007 only
runs TLS-1.0. Per the most recent response from MS, the outlook app has cutoff TLS-1.0 and now only supports TLS-1.2... so there appears to be a major discrepancy in what the app is purportedly saying it supports vs. what it is technically able to. Per the
other threads i am switching to blue mail in hopes that it will solve the issue as my imail is garbage. MS needs to respond and clarify this as apparently outlook-365 doesnt even support TLS-1.2....
Asking our IT to change the server to make Outlook work on my Android is not an option. This was a great thread for understanding that the problem is for me, not repairable. I have uninstalled Outlook and installed BlueMail. It is working quite nicely, including the Exchange calendar interface.
Is anyone attempting to fix this on Microsoft's end?
Can someone from Microsoft at least chime in and let us know they are working to resolve this issue?
I now have to reach out to 30+ users in the field and walk them through the process of downloading/configuring/using an alternative email app.

This is still happening on my Galaxy S7 edge using MS Outlook with a talktalk email address. So irritating........................................
MS needs to allow the app to support tls 1.0-1.1 again and give vendors time to switch over or vendors have to switch over now for the outlook app to work.
You email host provider may not even know there is a problem or they may not know how to fix it. If you are an end user, there is nothing you can do other than complain to both MS and your mail provider maybe one of them will take action to resolve.
