Your mail server certificate is invalid error

I am attempting to use Outlook on my android phone.  When I attempt to add my email account to outlook (on my phone) I get an error that says:  Your mail certificate is invalid.  Would you like to login anyway.   PLEASE HELP!!!!

    I have the latest app on iOS and it is still not working. Thinking this is not just an app thing?? Yesterday my app worked all morning. Tried it in the afternoon and it started with the invalid cert message. It is like that with all my coworkers with both iOS and Android apps (latest). What would change in the middle of the day. All my certs are current. Like others, OWA and the native mail apps on both iOS and Android work with no problems.

    Suddenly having problems again, not able to log-in once more, did not last.

    In Outlook I clicked on settings and then add account and then add email account, not sure where you were trying to do this, and that is how it worked today, unlike yesterday. Hope this helps.

    We downloaded the the new version on an iPad and an iPhone, 2.74.1, and unfortunately the issue remains on both with our Exchange 2007 server.
