Cannot print from outlook 2016.

Hello,

I have been with the support team multiple times and we still cannot figure out why I cannot print from my Outlook App.

We have tried resetting the print spooler, updating Outlook, updated any and all drivers on my computer, temp files seem to be fine with full permissions on my account. I am kind of at my wits end with this, the only way i can print is by emailing the documents to my printer, and that is such a waste of paper because i really only need to print to PDF most of the time, but it will not function.

My printer works with every other application, and it will print from outlook when open in a web browser.

I have noticed that my outlook is a 32-bit version running on 64-bit windows, and while i have read that is should function and have no issues in this configuration I am curious if the smaller memory available in the 32-bit version could be causing my issues?

grasping at straws here but I don't know what else we can do.

    Just wanted to check back in and see if anyone had an update, or possible fix.

    I find it hard to believe I am the only Outlook User having this issue with fonts disabling printing, but i guess its possible.

    already tried that, as well as any repair tools available from HP.

    its an Outlook font processing issue, not a printer issue,

    Unfortunately the emails i cannot print were sent to me, and I cannot alter the fonts on those without forwarding them to myself, so just adding more steps to the printing process.

    if i'm sending it somewhere, ill just use the E-print function from my printer to get it printed quicker, but it still is not the best solution...

    Did the latest updates with no resolution to the printer issue. Outlook still will not print emails i receive that contain multiple fonts.
