What will replace Outlook Customer Manager
Thanks for the response Gabriel, which leads to the next question. Will it become part of the Office 365 bundle, or will it be an extra cost? Not good news for small businesses if it is going to be an extra cost.
I agree...not good news for small business. I do not want to add yet another subscription service when this was included in my O365 product. Very disappointing.

it's sad that it's closing down, but hopefully Nimble will lift the CRM part better than OCM.
According to your link, we should claim our free year use of Nimble. But how do we claim it? According to Nimble, MS should automatically send the coupon code, but we haven't seen it yet.
