This is EXACTLY my experience. I was so excited when I found out this existed, only to find that it was retired a month ago. I've been desperately searching for JUST this!!!!
Thank you for that good news, and I share your hope. Thanks also for dumbing it down for me. So Monday my laptop goes to my tech guy. It's been a year and a half with no issues, so I guess it's due. lol.
Hi Ed Outlook it self is not retiring. It is only the addon called Outlook Custommer Manager that is retiring, and it takes an extra license to use. I expect it is not something that is challenging your use of Outlook.
