OCM will not be replaced but Microsoft will recommend customers to use Nimble, https://www.nimble.com/ocm-migration/.

    Hi Ed,

As I'v already s suggested there is a CRM that is embedded in Outlook. That means you don't have to learn a completely new thing. You just continue using Outlook with this CRM. It is eWay-CRM, it is user friendly and customizable. Its use is very intuitive. On top of it all you can try the free version!

    eway-crm.com/outlook-crm/

If you have any questions or troubles the helpdesk will assist you.

Try it and let me know.

    All the best.

    Camilla

This is EXACTLY my experience. I was so excited when I found out this existed, only to find that it was retired a month ago. I've been desperately searching for JUST this!!!!

    Hi,

I used to use OCM at work. We have grown from a small startup into a medium enterprise. We had to look for OCM replacement. Fortunately, there are plenty of CRM systems that you can test for free.

Unfortunately all the free CRM systems provide only some functions or modules. You actually cannot try all the version and see the way it wors in real life. Therefore we hade to look for a CRM embedded in Outlook that provides all the functions in a free trial already. One of our colleagues who used to have his own small company before he joined us used to wrok with eWay-CRM. It is a perfect tool for SME, embedded in Outlook and has its mobile app. We are very happy. And we tried it for free for first month. Compared to other CRMs the subscription is really affordale.

    Best,
