Outlook Android App E-Mail Notification Sounds

Can you please fix the Outlook Android App incoming notifications sounds?  Cannot select Outlook E-Mail sound anymore in new sounds.  Outlook EMail and Outlook EMail Sent are both in the sent sounds.  The Outlook sounds got erased from new emails list in a past update and have never been replaced.

    I have this same problem with the brand new Microsoft Duo. Selecting sent mail sounds works as intended, but trying to select the new email sound crashes with error "Android.media.process keeps stopping".

    I've the same issue on my Nokia 7.2 since about one month. Sent mail sound is working, but selecting the new e-mail sound results in the error "Android.Media.Process keeps stopping.

    Now for everyone in need.

    I have the same problem and no way to fix it.

    But there is a rellatively simple work-around:

    1. Go to your Windows directory: "C:\Windows\Media" and look for the file "Windows Notify Email.wav".
    2. Copy this file to your Android smartphone in the folder "Phone\Notifications" (it has to be on the phone, not the microSD card!)

    -- If not already there, just create it yourself. (note the spelling!) 3. Now you can find the Outlook sound among the standard Android notification sounds.

    (In the same way, completely custom sounds are also possible)

    Enjoy the sound :)

    In case of need, these are original sounds, taken from apk file.

    You can copy them to sdcard\notification folder

    New Mail

    Sent mail

    Calendar reminder

    Thanks, that did the trick for me.  The New Mail ogg file is now in the My Sounds folder on my Pixel 4.

    I have same issue on my Nokia 5.3 device. Contacted both Nokia and Microsoft, but both blaming each other for this problem. I'll wait for the next Android OS update hoping this will get fixed.
