Outlook Android App E-Mail Notification Sounds

Can you please fix the Outlook Android App incoming notifications sounds?  Cannot select Outlook E-Mail sound anymore in new sounds.  Outlook EMail and Outlook EMail Sent are both in the sent sounds.  The Outlook sounds got erased from new emails list in a past update and have never been replaced.

    I have the same issue on a OnePlus 7T. 

    Outlook for Android version 4.2024.3.

    Android version 10

    OxygenOS 10.0.11.HD65AA

    The problem is still the same. 

    We need an update to get the right sounds from Outlook.

    I have two Nokia phones, Nokia 9 and Nokia 7.2. Both are setup with the same Outlook.com account. On the Nokia 9 I can select a sound for incoming email (I usually select "None"). On the Nokia 7.2 I have the issue of not being able to select a sound. When I get the message "android.process.media keeps stopping" and select "App info" it takes me to the Media Storage app, not Outlook. I have seen this issue on other phone makes also.

    I have contacted Microsoft support who blamed Nokia so I contacted Nokia support but gave up after the first question their support asked - is Outlook an approved Android app!

    Also on OnePlus Nord running Android 10.

    "new mail" sound selection opens the system notification panel.

    "sent mail" sound selection is instead just a simple pick-a-sound list.

    the system notification panel sound selection would not be a problem if Microsoft published the Outlook sounds to the system ..

    seems I'll have to down-grade then up-grade or find an MP3 version of the sound...
