Outlook Android App E-Mail Notification Sounds

Can you please fix the Outlook Android App incoming notifications sounds?  Cannot select Outlook E-Mail sound anymore in new sounds.  Outlook EMail and Outlook EMail Sent are both in the sent sounds.  The Outlook sounds got erased from new emails list in a past update and have never been replaced.

    Same Here, Using Samsung S9+ and in the notification menu there are 2 menu items for selection:

    • New Email Sound

          - Behaves wrong, opens the android sound selection menu that does not contain the email outlook sound

    • Sent email Sound

         - Behaves Correctly, and opens the Outlook in app sound select that contains the correct notification sounds...

    Outlook version: 3.0.131 (339)

    Please fix this as i distinguish my notification by the sound they produce, so this is very annoying...

    I am having the same issue on the T-Mobile REVVL 2 Plus.  I have also uninstalled the app and re-installed it at least 5 times, set the sound notification, Contacted tech support through the app, etc.  The only thing that does work for new incoming emails is the Vibrate option.

    This is exactly what I get on an Pixel 3XL and it's outrageous that the problem still exists after having been reported multiple times by me and others. They get it working and then a new update breaks it again.

    Yeah.

    I'm not planning on holding my breath.

    I uninstalled and reinstalled from the Play store (no messing with previous versions) and it brought the sound back so I can live with that for now.

    I like having my Outlook/Hotmail emails compartmentalized in their own program but it's not like I couldn't just move them over to the GMail app if this goes on for too long.

    But hey, at least they admitted it's their problem rather than blaming it on the phone manufacturer/android implementation like they did to the other guy who spoke to them about it. 

    Yes, after "support" telling mt to reset account and remove them etc, I finally got an email saying it was a "known issue" just this morning. If I had one email account I'd gladly wipe it and re-enter the account, but I have multiple accounts and it's a royal pain to have to keep doing this over and over for something this basic.

    Now, if only they would fix it so new replies to long threads aren't at the bottom AND HTML mails aren't cut-off at the bottom, the app would be close to perfect for my needs.
