Sun & Moon Button Missing for Dark Mode in Outlook 365 Reading Pane

I am using Outlook 365 1909 (Build 12026.20320) Monthly Channel. The Sun and Moon button was available in message's toolbar in Outlook for several days and now it is gone. No policies have been changed and system is restarted every evening. Microsoft Windows Version 1903 (18362.388) x64.

Hi all,

The Outlook Team currently has the Sun/Moon feature enabled in Monthly Channel Production at 10% of users.  It was enabled at a higher percent earlier until a bug was found.  The team wants to fix that bug before it gets turned back on for everyone.  If I can get an ETA on the rollout I'll post back with that status.

I experienced the same dark mode problem. May we know whether dark mode in outlook (with sun/moon button) is a beta feature or released feature?

If this is a released feature, why sun/moon feature is enabled in only 10% users ?

If this is in beta testing, why it is released in monthly production update?

    As of this morning I have version 1910 (Build 12130.20272), full dark mode with the new sun/moon icons is available.  :)

    This morning after a restart of Outlook the Sun & Moon feature became available! Version 1909. I'm lovin it!
