Calendar event showing up the wrong timezone

Hi there, I refer to the screenshots below. The user, Pamela, sends out a calendar invite to both Jeff and Kok Guan, specifying the correct timezone UTC +0800. However, what Jeff views this event on his Mac running on Yosemite 10.10.2 is the UTC +0000 timezone, Monrovia, Reykjavik. The time indicated is displayed 6am instead of the actual 2pm, despite showing a notification that the event will commence at 2pm on Jeff's Mac. How do i go about correcting/removing the UTC +0000, Monrovia, Reykjavik, timezone stamp. Appreciate some help with this. Thanks!

Regards

Kenny

Unfortunately, the server update won't fix existing meetings automatically.  However, users MAY be able to fix it themselves if they find the original meeting invitation (could be in Deleted Items) and re-accept the meeting(s) with the "UTC" time zones.  (Let us know if that works.)

If that doesn't work, they will have to ask the organizer to re-send the invitation.  (Organizer just has to open the meeting on his/her calendar and click "Send Update." Make sure to "Edit Series" if it is a recurring meeting.)

I have the same problem (again). Two weeks ago this problem was solved (Exchange Server Fixed?). Events created on an iOS device where correctly displayed in Outlook for the Mac (version 15.10) in the correct Time Zone.

After the upgrade to the new version 15.11 the Time Zime Error was back! It's different because now events created on iOS devices are now created in Exchange Online with time zone Chetumal. Checked everything, and all devices are configured on Time Zone Amsterdam.

I am also using 15.11, honestly not sure if it happened after upgrading to it, but I am glad to see I am not the only one having issues and that I am not losing my mind completely :)

By the way, the fix is in Exchange server build v15.1.172 or later.

I don't what the fix does, but it isn't working for me. First off, if I create an all day even on my iOS device, it creates it on the wrong day! I have tested this multiple times, I just did it again and created an all day event for June 16 on my iPhone, it shows up in Outlook as an all day event for June 17. Secondly my time zone is Eastern, in Outlook when I open it up it shows the time time zone as Chetumal, which is also UTC-5:00 but still not correct. Anyone else see this or able to recreate it? Thanks

I manage a 60 OS-X infrastructure with around 30 iPhones and iPads and nobody are reporting this issue anymore since this last server update. We are on O365 business plan with Exchange Online. Most of my Macs are up-to-date to Outlook 15.11, but some are still stuck at 15.6 because of Maverick (OS-X 10.9)... But anyway this is a server's fix! Or maybe at this time nobody noticed this issue happening again, but I would be surprised because we are working A LOT with the calendar (some employee have 200+ appointments by MONTH) and they are all using iPhones/iPads by 75-80% of time to create, accept or modify appointments. So no need to tell you we were MUCH affected by this issue before! We are in the Eastern Timezone too, BTW, within the daylight saving timezone.

Is this possibly related to KB2549255?

I don't believe so as that specifically says it is not an "all-day" event but rather an event that spans more than 24 hours. In my case, I am definitely using the "all-day" event selection so not sure that is the issue. Thanks for replying though.
