Outlook Mobile for Android Sync Settings?

I just installed Outlook Mobile for work as my company moved to Office 365.

Here's my question, whenever I have previously used Outlook there was a setting option to sync email at specific intervals such as every 5 minutes, every hour, manual sync, etc. I can't find this setting any longer.

Where did it go? Thanks!

I would like to inform you that the sync interval  cannot be set for the Outlook application on android phone. Outlook sync automatically whenever it is connected to internet, it can be also sync by swiping the screen downwards.

    I gather that this means that when I'm out of country and data roaming, I can't stop Outlook from consuming my data?  Even though I don't want it to?  So I'd have to disable it or delete it?

    ? What? This is a deal breaker. We don't all have unlimited data, and some of us travel.  Seems kinda like a boneheaded oversight.

    I would agree.  When I'm travelling and I have a business need to get some expensive data, I don't need my personal account consuming that data without my permissions.

    Seems like a simple fix that Gmail has figured out.

    No Dis to you PPP, but this decision on the Android Outlook Devs is a deal breaker for me.

    I do not wish to be annoyed by emails popping up that I do not want to view at that time.

    If Android Outlook decides to give me the option to sync when I want to, I will consider using it, but for now,

    I will uninstall it and use an alternative.
