No, still not fixed but it has only been an hour or two since I chatted with a rep.
Keeping my fingers crossed.
All my group members have disappeared. Is there a way to retrieve them?

I have a large email database. I have many groups which HAD specific members in them. All the individual names have disappeared from ALL of my groups. How can they be restored without starting over and entering them again?

2016-02-07T22:56:47+00:00 I just discovered today that the same thing has happened to me. All my contacts seem to be there but the groups are gone. I had many large groups. I too hope there is a way to restore my groups!

2016-02-08T09:19:43+00:00 It's happened to me too. All my groups gone. I needed to send out some emails so I re-entered some of them - including one group with 160 people, a long and tedious process - and have come back to look today and they have all gone again. Very, very frustrating.

Since the maximum number of recipients is 100 per email your group of 160 (should it ever return) will always fail

2016-02-10T06:07:57+00:00 So are we just supposed to wait, or report this to someone? I have 3 different hotmail addresses and only one account is missing the groups. It's not just the names in the groups, the entire group is gone. I have no groups now. I have about 700 people in my groups. I don't have time to rebuild them.
