I have a large email database. I have many groups which HAD specific members in them. All the individual names have disappeared from ALL of my groups. How can they be restored without starting over and entering them again?

They have a couple of different sites depending on the problem you have. After going to the incorrect area I was directed to this page and connecting to a tech support person was a breeze.

And although the fix they suggested for this problem may or may not work (their expectation management), at least you get a specific focus on your problem, not some generic reply.

Did they give you a specific fix to try, Bruce. If so, could you please share it?
I did not receive one. They just told me to try back in 24 to 48 hours.
No, she said they would try a fix here is the transcript (which incidentally you have to cut and paste, they dont send it to you)
We can execute a fix using our specialized tools to recover missing contact group.

Also, this still do not guarantee that the contact groups will be recovered. There are some instances that only few can be recovered and worst cases is nothing is recovered.
I asked how I would know, and its only by seeing a successful restoration of the groups, or contacting them again after the time has elapsed. I take it you have not seen any results yet?
